1/4 cup Butter
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Milk
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried Basil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pinch Black Pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for a minute or so.
Whisk in the cornstarch, removing lumps.
Add the milk and continue to whisk.
Add the Oregano, Basil, Salt, and Pepper.
Bring to a low boil, stirring until thickens.
Stir in the Parmesan and stir until combined.
Remove from heat and serve over pasta or chicken or??
Makes 2-4 servings.
