12 oz shredded cabbage and carrots-mixture
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar
and pepper.
Whisk until smooth.
2 hours before serving, blend with cabbage and carrots
mixture.
