Ingredients:
8-10 oz. Fresh Fettuccini Pasta* (or your favorite dried)
½ cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh Basil (or ½ teaspoon dried)
1 teaspoon fresh Oregano
¼ cup sour cream
Directions:
Bring 2 quarts of water to boil in a 3 quart saucepan.
Cook fresh pasta for 2-3 minutes until Al Dente.
Meanwhile, In a small saucepan, heat butter until sizzling.
While stirring, add garlic and cook for a minute or so.
Add herbs and cook and stir for another minute.
Stir in sour cream and remove from heat.
Drain pasta.
Toss sauce with pasta.
