Warm Potato Salad


Ingredients:
2 lbs. Red Potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2  teaspoons Salt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Horseradish
1/4 cup fresh Chives, chopped
2 teaspoon Celery Seed
Pinch of black pepper
3 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Boil potatoes.
While potatoes are cooking, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, chives, celery seed and pepper.
Set aside.

Drain potatoes when done cooking.
Then in a large bowl, toss potatoes with the vinegar and salt.
Add the bacon and the mayonnaise mixture.

Carefully mix well.

Serve while still warm.
